Maryland International Kids FilmFest

Looking for something to do this weekend with your children? It’s not too late to pick up tickets for the Maryland International Kids FilmFest at the Weinberg Center on Jan. 28.  Parents and children alike will enjoy their “high-quality, challenging, and, most importantly, ENTERTAINING movie programming” according to their website. This year, they boast more children’s films as well as many debut screenings.

Their short films will be presented in five blocks, separated by appropriate audience age. For more information about which films will be shown during each block, please click here. The schedule is as follows:

Block 1: 10:00am – 11:00am (ages 5–8)

Block 2: 11:15am – 12:15pm (ages 8–11)

Block 3: 12:45pm – 1:45pm (10 and up)

Block 4: 2:00pm – 3:00pm (10 and up)

Block 5: 3:15pm – 4:15pm (10 and up)

With your admission fee, there is also an added Workshop for Kids at:
